The hotel was a fantastic experience overall with amazing rooms that were spotless and spacious, perfect for our family of 5. The location was great, close to the beach and with easy access to transportation. The friendly service from Bob & Paula made our stay welcoming, but the limited parking was a minor inconvenience. Definitely a lovely little hotel/B&B worth returning to for future stays.

This lovely little hotel/B&B is a fantastic experience close to the beach with a tram stop nearby. The rooms were amazing, spotless, and spacious, perfect for a family of 5. The only downside was the limited parking, which is common in the area. I will definitely use this hotel again as it was a fantastic experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the rooms are very spacious, extremely clean, and absolutely ideal for families. The location is perfect, near the pleasure beach, seafront, and Blackpool Tower, all within walking distance. The area is nice and close to the south beach. The service was exceptional, very friendly, and the hotel was immaculate. The breakfast set-up was great, and the dining experience left me satisfied. I will definitely consider returning next year!
